How to Build Chest Muscles Fast

Want to impress the girls at the beach this summer with your sculpted pecs? Don't we all! However you have to have realistic goals, and although there are ways to speed up muscle gain, it won't happen over night. Nevertheless if you follow this guide you’ll soon have a chest to rival Rambo's!

To get the most out of your chest exercises you need to make sure you are eating right. Keep the calorie and protein intake high. You should also always eat immediately after a work out to maximize results. 

So now I'm going to give you a few exercise tips on how to build that muscle in record time. First of all I will introduce you to your new best friend, the Bench-press. The bench press is the greatest lower chest exercise you can do.

To make the most of your bench press exercises use your whole body in the lift, push against the floor with your feet and tense your upper back muscles.

Be careful not to run before you can walk, keep practicing your technique. Incline barbell bench presses are great for the upper chest muscles and decline barbell presses great for the lower chest muscles.

Another great exercise for working the chests muscles are clapping push-ups and plyometric push ups. Clapping push-ups are simply done by clapping your hands together between each rep and similarly with plyometric push ups, you lift your hands up onto an object for each repetition.

An advantage to push ups are that you don’t need any equipment, so you can do them anywhere, even if you can't make it down to the gym. They are also great cardio exercises.
